Our workshop/store is a very small space and we operate on a walk-in basis for groups less than 6. 


If you are a party of 6 to 10 guests, you can book ahead by emailing hello@petalmetsugar.com.au


- for all bookings of 6-10 guests, there is a $30pp minimum spend 

- 50% non-refundable deposit required at time of booking confirmation

- at the time of booking, customers are required to provide credit card details in case of cancellation

- cancellation of bookings less than 48 hours prior will result in a 50% cancellation fee


Petal met Sugar can be booked for your exclusive use if you have a party of 12 - 20 guests.

- Minimum spend of $45pp

- Booking time period is for a 2 hour duration from 4.00pm - 6.00pm only 

- 50% non-refundable deposit required at time of booking confirmation 

- Final payment is due on the day of your event and payable in store 

- Cancellation of your booking less than 10 days in advance will incur a 25% cancellation fee and less than 5 days in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee 

- Credit card details are to be provided at the time of booking and will be held as security in case of cancellation 

- Any changes in numbers must be made 5 days before your booked date or the full number will be charged
